As you might notice, there’s a link to acid in the seglinks menu on the left. This is a nice NIDS console, available from here. Currently it’s using snort as a sensor. As you might have expected, this link is only available for privileged users. So to all those that try to do funky stuff on this server, beware, you’re being watched

As some of you already might have noticed, I’ve migrated the webmail service to Horde/IMP. The previous installation of Squirrelmail was pretty good, but it lacked some of the aestetic features that Horde offers. Beware that there’s still a lot of work that needs to be done for configuring Horde, so webmail might be a bit unstable the coming couple of days. Sorry for the inconvenience and enjoy the new webmail system

Due to an error in reformail, which filters duplicate emails from my inbox, all mails between yesterday 0600 and 2200 have been silently discarded. If you sent me a message in that timeframe, please resend it. I’ve removed the duplicate checking mechanism from my mailfilters, because I really only used it when migrating to this new mailserver. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Due to large number of comment-spam entries, I’ve enabled spam words for comments. This means that if your comment contains any of these words, it will be placed in the moderation queue instead of being published directly. If you find that your comment has been unrightfully placed in the moderation queue, let me know and I’ll see what I can do about it.
